Let’s chat.
This is a demonstration page for our live support experience. Open the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner to start a conversation.
One link.
Straight to chat.
The findings below document the previous legacy widget. This site now uses the newer SleekFlow widget; contact identification still depends on the integration methods supported by the provider.
Previous legacy-widget findings
Reported inspection| Desired behavior | Status | Finding |
|---|---|---|
| Open chat on page load | Integration needed | No exposed auto-open command in the current embed. Requires widget changes or a supported SDK. |
| Show a full-page chat | Layout changes | The desktop chat currently opens at 380px wide. A full-page experience needs a different layout. |
| Prefill Name, Email & Phone | Not forwarded | The test URL left the form empty. These parameters are not forwarded into the widget. |
| Skip the form & start chat | Initialization needed | Requires a programmatic initialization method inside the widget. |
Attach an existing contact_id |
Unverified | The widget uses a generated webClientUUID; contact submission sends only name, email, and phone. |
The supplied URL/form test used synthetic contact details, without submitting a contact or sending a message.
From a signed link to a conversation
Proposed flow, dependent on supported contact identification and chat initialization.
-
Open a signed link
The link carries a signed token associated with the customer’s
contact_id. -
Resolve the contact
Your backend validates the token and retrieves the customer’s name, email, and phone.
-
Initialize & open chat
A supported widget integration identifies the contact, opens the window, and enters chat directly.
